The "Coal industry Development ‘ the twelfth five year ’plan" propose that, up to 2015, China will have 10 coal enterprises with 10 hundred million tons coal producing, 10
large-scale coal groups with 5000 tons coal producing. and the number of million-ton coal mining reaches 60. Also, the national coal mining mechanization level will reach 75% or
more. The development objectives are that the development layout is well optimized, resource allocation and exploration is in order; the coal producing is base on the large-
scale coal enterprises & basis and large modern coal mining, forming the stable supply pattern; the scientific and technological innovation will achieve new progress ,and the
coal industry will further be improved; the mining accidents will be in substantial reduction, and safety situation will be further improved; the great achievement will be
obtained in resources comprehensive utilization, the recycling economy, considerable progress of coal mining subsidence dealing and mining environment protection; increased
control of the coal resources control will be increased and regulation of the coal market will be improved, promoting China's coal industry to embark on a way of less resource
consumption, less environmental pollution, high economic benefits and security, realizing the new sustainable industrialization road.

★ Technical exchange:
During the exhibition, the exhibition organizing committee will assist domestic and foreign exhibitors to conduct the technical exchange seminars, and the content is decided by
the companies. Each venue involves 60-80 audience and is invited by the companies themselves, at the same time, the organizing Committee assists audience organization. The
lecture topics, content and speakers’ name should be reported to the exhibition organizing committee and before0212 April 28. each lecture 45 minutes,1000RMB for each lecture.
For the technical exchange seminar is limited, please register it as soon as possible
★ The charges:
1. The standard booth covers 9m ² (3m × 3m), and the configuration includes exhibition venues, three-surface panels (the height is 2.5m), a fascia board both in English and
Chinese, one table, two chairs, carpet, 220V power socket, two spotlights . (Note: charges for two-open booths plus 20%)

Note:
The exhibition offers a variety of sponsorship programs, providing good opportunities for the operators and suppliers to participate it, which can maximize the effective
advocacy. The organizing committee will offer relevant materials for any companies who need them.
★ Conference service fee:
RMB 800￥ for one person, including the opening ceremony dinner, conference materials, lunch, souvenirs, etc.
Conference Proceedings:
In order to promote the business publicity ,help the customers to understand the exhibitors ,the Organizing Committee will edit well-published conference proceeding with the of
size: 210mm × 285mm. The charges conference proceedings and other advertising is as follows.
Note:
Due to the limited advertising space, the advertising costs should be paid in once. We will make the arrangements according to the order.
★Participation procedures:
1. Please carefully fill in the booth application and contract table "with building-official seal fax and then mail it to the organizing committee.
2. When through the organizing committee confirmation, please remit or capture money to the organizing committee within ten days and fax check. If the company is confirmed
before 2011 August 18th, its company introduction will the company profile will be freely included in domestic and international professional sellers propaganda which will be
mailed at home and abroad.
3. The organizing committee mails the invoice and exhibition guiding handbook when they receive fee.
4. The booth allocation is distributed according to the rule of " the priority should be given the ones who apply and pay first”.
